All gemdaddyslim garments are made to order to minimise waste. Allow an extra 4-6 weeks on top of shipping times when ordering. If you wish to fast track your order leave a request at checkout and we will do our best to prioritise you.

All pieces are made with care in small batches — so we ask that you shop thoughtfully. Please read the details below carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the item doesn’t fit.
However, for most Girl Mess pieces, we can offer the following:
Size exchanges (subject to availability)
Store credit if a size exchange isn’t possible
To request a return, please email us within 4 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition and shipped for return within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
FW ‘25 Collection
All Fall-Winter 25 pieces are made to order, using hand-dyed and hand-finished techniques. For that reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on this collection — unless the item is genuinely faulty.
Each piece is unique. You may notice:
Slight variations in colour, texture, or print placement
Subtle imperfections that come from natural dyeing and hand construction/printing.
These are not faults — they’re part of the garment’s story.
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at gem@gemdaddyslim.store within 4 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to help.
